How SnapEX Pay works
- SnapEX Pay works on the internet: there is no legal entity and no jurisdiction.
- No KYB, KYC or AML checks — neither for merchants nor for their customers. No country restrictions.
- Fee: 1% of a paid invoice. No monthly fee.
- Payouts: no service fee, only the network fee. No upper payout limit, no hold and no reserve — payouts go out immediately.
- The minimum payout for each coin is shown in the merchant cabinet and in the API (
payout_min_usd). API docs - If you follow these rules, the account is not blocked. Automatic blocks are only for attempts to hack the site, and even then the merchant's money is not lost.
- Refunds to customers are made by the merchant from the merchant balance.
- If a customer pays less than the invoice, they can top up to the same address within 72 hours; otherwise the invoice becomes "partially paid". A late payment is credited as well.
- If a customer pays more, the invoice counts as paid; the customer can get the surplus back through SnapEX Pay support.
