datapasa.com did not pay the SnapEX Pay real-test invoice

DataPasa, a VPS host, opened its personal test page itself, chose USDT on Ethereum, entered its own address and on 14 October received $20 — on our terms: receive $20, pay a $15 invoice. When it was time to pay, our payment flow turned out to be “very unsafe” and in need of a rework. A rework into what — something DataPasa would like? Funny. So we asked them simply to return the $20, and suddenly an “AML-policy” appeared. Where was it when they accepted our money on our terms, without a single question? Amusing. We agreed to that condition too, the same day. Since then neither the address that received our $20 nor the wallet it was forwarded to (0x8199…C158) has sent a single USDT, and the invoice is unpaid.

Paying was “unsafe — please rework your flow”. Returning the $20 was “according our AML-policy”. Taking the $20 on our terms was safe and needed no AML at all.
